Glycol Water Chiller

Yesterday, a customer engaged in laser cutting machine consulted S&A: "Why is the water flow of Water Chiller insufficient?"

Amrta water chiller: "Hello, what is the model? What is the bar code?"

It was found out through communication that what the customer used was not Amrta water chiller. Glycol Water Chiller of various brands were different in construction, so Amrta Industrial Air Conditioner failed to provide a specific solution for such laser customer.

But there were two different cases for the insufficient water flow of amrta Air Cooled Water Chiller.

Firstly, the insufficient water flow occurring at the beginning was caused by the unmatched pump selection. Some lasers have strict requirements on water flow and lift or the cooling pipe is too long and too thin, so a pump of larger power shall be provided.

Secondly, the insufficient water flow occurring suddenly in the normal use process may be caused by pump failure or pipe blockage. In this case, Amrta Air Conditioning suggested customers to take out the pipe and opening the pipe with air compressor gun, and then connect the pipe to observe whether water chiller can run normally. If the water chiller runs normally, it is caused by pipe blockage; if the water flow is still insufficient, it is caused by pump failure, and a new pump shall be provided.
